Introducing Mike Sirchio

Mike Sirchio is an energetic and straightforward businessperson who happens to wear a Human Resources hat. He brings his successes, experience, and skills, along with a sense of humor, to enhance successful outcomes for you, your people, and your organization.

A Fulfilling Career Journey

Mike is a native Chicagoan and graduate of Northwestern University who has built a successful HR career in publicly-traded, privately-owned, and PE-backed manufacturing/industrial organizations since 1981. His experience covers the USA, Canada, and Latin America.
Mike has been in leadership roles since 1993. He has worked for companies such as FMC, Marsh McClennan, R R Donnelley, and Lubrizol. His career has given him experience and success in a wide variety of HR disciplines. Mike brings his ability to understand your business, your organization, your culture, and your goals as he assists you and your team in building an agile and successful organization.
